Great opportunity to learn how to multitask as you are constantly working on multiple projects. Frequent parties.

Suboptimal compensation. Constant pressure without proper planning. Mostly hiring inexperienced people so there are only couple of seniors. Several times in the past two years, teams have changed the entire roster. People at key places are not competent for the positions they hold. Lack of trust in engineers, micromanagement at its best. No incentive for employees to stay at the company for longer period of time.
