I really had a wonderful time working there!
Firstly, the environment of it is terrific! For me, it's a place you could call home and there wasn't a lot of pressure on you to make you feel like choking on a day to day basis.
Secondly, the company works with high-end people everywhere in the Silicon Valley to make itself stand out from all the other companies here. So as a part of the company, you will always have something to learn and someone to learn from.
Last but not least, what I like very much about Mil-techs is the inclusiveness. The managements are very supportive and easy to get along with. Those are leaders you can't find everywhere in this serious area.

The company is relatively new so I think they have to put more effort in improving the rules and regulations.
Due to the working style here, you may not have heavy duty on your shoulder every day so a person lack of self-discipline might lose his way and be thrown away from the team.
