Good summer job, or job while attending school. Recommended for younger folks looking to learn about the restaraunt business. Easy to apply and start the job, no prior experience is required, ots more a learn as you go thing. Especially the cooking. Everything else is more or less common sense. Great people work there (well most of them) You get to meet new people.

Low wages, inconvenient hours, management doesnt show any support, No bonuses except for christmas, no vacation time (unless you are a full-time employee, which is not recommended!) Rather than salary based wages, its based on hourly wage at a low wage.

Best in class training and development. Good systems and organization. Positive culture overall.

Long hours and large scope of responsibility, sometimes without adequate support. The switch to more corporate, pre-fab products disappointing, as company was a leader in casual market in the past.
