Great experience, difficult schedule - Recensione dipendente - Third Assistant Engineer presso Military Sealift Command

Only a few months off (2-4 if you push it) a year. Poor organization in the office for any administrative issues; training, assignments, leave, etc. Hit or miss with crew aboard ship. I got lucky for the most part but I've heard horror stories of people getting thrown under the bus by supervisors.
