Good place to start your career

favoritism, lack of communication, benefits could be better

The negotiated package was good, although I cannot be sure.

I was hired, left my well paying job with great benefits that I had been at for many years. I signed a contract year but was fired the next day which has left me unemployed. I was brought on with two other people, myself being the only one with any experience. They are in the process of many changes so expect things to change as you learn them The employees are rude to customers and talk even worse about them when the call ends and with the small short cubicles you can’t really try to ignore it.
