Nothing about this place is positive. It will suck the souls out of you and leave a hallow broken person with no Desiree to ever see a floor mat again.

No managers have a backbone to stand up to the owner who could fire or praise you depending on how the wind blows. Insanely unsafe environment where accidents and injuries are the norm as long as they make that one extra dollar. Cintas should be ashamed to be associated with such a sea of greed and hate.

Learned a shipping process (small package and freight) that can be a universal skillset for any similar job. It was very hands-on training (both from current employees and self taught). overall felt like a standard warehouse experience. Good entry level position.

Svantaggi

The work environment could be questionable at times: supervisors not adhering to company standards, at times unsafe/hazardous work floor.
