      I have only been with Miller since Oct of '16. It has been a remarkable place to work. The vision of our leaders is very transparent and shared with everyone. In my 30 some years in the transportation industry for 5 different strong and successful companies, I have NEVER felt more a part of the common goals for our overall company success. Everyone has an open door policy and truly care about you as an individual.

      In my situation, just the obvious limitations and hurdles of taking a bit longer to build strong working relationships with the main office personnel because of being so far from it and not having the luxury of looking folks in the eye and spending time in the break room truly getting to know someone.

      Many seasoned employees are very willing to help train you and share their knowledge with you. This is not common everywhere. But it is encouraged here. The company guides it's operations by it's 5 core values. As long as you make decisions with those core values in mind you will thrive here.

      Not even sure where to start on this one. One of two things will happen. 1. You will luckily pass this opportunity up. 2. You will accept the offer and look back on it as a terrible life decision. Honestly surprised that they are still around since they don't believe in technology.
