This is one of the poorest work environments I have ever worked for. Too vertical even though we are just a few. People is just unpleasant without any reason and that attitude comes straight from the top management and cascades to the entire senior management. Forget about remote work, top management is against it at all cost. If you want to work here you have to have thick skin.
