Very corporate vibe (expected for a company so large) Too many meetings that could have been emails The matrixed structure makes it difficult to actually do your job because you end up explaining the same workflows and your job to different groups of people The goals/performance review structure makes it so that people only want to do what's been "assigned" to them through their goals and leaves little room to expand your horizons. Additional effort that isn't part of your goals aren't rewarded so many people chose to stay within their silos.
