It was long awaited, but we finally have the person in charge who has aligned a strong Leadership team with specific goals for success. The majority of the personnel at MILSPRAY have been there for 5+ years, some over 10. There is a wealth of knowledge that is being used to target what made MILSPRAY successful and what will continue that success.
