Incredible track record of success here has "raised all ships". If you're really good at your job, you'll be recognized and can rise the ranks quickly. Tremendous focus on looking forward & finding the next great thing - be it new product, new technology, new strategy, etc.

Feels frenetic at times. We're good at being small, but we're getting big and there's little 'process' to keep guardrails around the growing business & workforce. A little rough around the edges culturally. Many managers good at encouraging 'work/life balance' but in order to truly succeed here you have to put some pretty serious hours in.
