Low pay and toxic culture. It's a boys club especially in sales. Managers have said some pretty unprofessional things about candidates behind closed doors. Politics are insane depending on what area you work in. I have worked at a few places and have never heard more people screamed at for the most minimal issues. Directors will have no hesitation to call you and scream at you with zero recourse for their actions.
