Unorganised management, regular staff turnover, rosters not completed until days before the fortnight starts, payslips not available on pay day, could not give the hours promised in the interview, you're required to show up 15mins before your shift starts and you are expected to be early for that (you will not be paid for your extra 20mins in store), and you need to have complete availability for shifts so it's difficult to have a second job or to be a student. I was very surprised considering this was at their flagship store
