6yThank you for providing this review and we value your feedback and insight to help us improve as an organization. We strive to maintain our unique culture and streamline our reporting structures and this is a work in progress. However, with the current office closures we have changed our views on work from home flexibility and now have created a revamped policy for work from home flexibility to include a remote employee benefits/standards. We have also revamped our performance review and career development process which will enable our employees to have visibility into their career paths at Mimecast. We do appreciate the time spent on writing this review and providing honest feedback to assist us with these changes to make us a best in class workplace.
