Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We were disappointed to read your comments, as we are proud of the supportive and inclusive culture that we have created here at Mimecast. Our leadership is committed to fostering an environment that diverse, equitable and inclusive. We make every effort to incorporate and represent all perspectives, and we ask our fellow Mimecasters to demonstrate allyship to underrepresented groups in the workplace. For those employees who are interested in playing a part in these conversations, we have created several employee resource groups (ERGs) that are open to all employees and encourage Mimecasters to share their unique voices. It is up to all of us to learn together, model the Mimecast Way, and strive to create a shared experience that supports all Mimecasters.
