      Good vibes and visions. Projects and workouts are supported with researches. You have almost everything you need to deliver the sessions.

      Coaches are valuable assets in representing and delivering the sessions. However, the pay is not up-to-date and not fully reflect the effort needed for each project. There is no transparency on how the coaches are selected - and many coaches said they don't even have contacted for projects.

We take our facilitator's feedback seriously and solicit their impressions of our partnership both in annual engagement reviews and by offering 121 conversations. We are happy that you have a good impression of our intent and the work that we do. We are working to make improvements in our matching and compensation models.

      Lovely Coworkers in the organization.

      Morale has taken a huge hit, and a lot of people are already looking for a way out. The work-life balance and overall culture have become genuinely toxic. I witnessed a coworker get bullied out of the organization by management a few months ago. Overall a toxic environment. MindGym is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
