Mindtickle has a horrible & toxic culture. Employees are put under tremendous stress, deadlines they cannot meet due to lack of support and alignment within the business. The product lacks a lot of maturity and there are a lot of mis sold deals which creates frustrations with customers. Micro-managing is the norm. Due to the the company's initial HQ being Indian, you can really sense the hierarchy, ego's here which at present in most Indian corporate cultures. Nothing is being done to understand the cross cultural work ethic's & culture. The new leadership is out of touch from reality and the employees. They lack any kind of emotional intelligence and do not listen to what their employees concerns, ideas or issues are.
