everything is super good here

Previously we were getting the salary on time, this was the single good thing regarding the company.

Higher management is earning well by fooling the founders but are really worthless. No appraisals just hiring fools low-cost labor just to fulfill the salaries of higher management. Seniors have no understanding of requirements and positions and no sense to how to talk to people even girls. Full-on politics are there. they have slow or dead clients but force recruiters to work on them like hell.
