- Lack vision to grow current employees. - Spends nothing to upskill employees. - Baseless upper level promotions (VP to EVP ). Few were transitioned to upper level ,just because the position became vacant. That should not be the criteria to promote people in the company. - People's team is busy training the management , while other companies are firing management . - Weak leadership - HR is clueless. Busy organizing cultural events while employees find hard to sustain a living with peanut size salary.
