Great place to work! - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Ministry Safe

The culture of our office and team is awesome. We are all connected by protecting children and we work hard daily towards that mission. I was disappointed to read some of the negative reviews on here. I’m fairly positive that they were all previous employees that maybe held strange grudges. Ask any current employee here for a reference and I guarantee they will all say exactly what I’m saying. Each year benefits are evaluated and added. For a smaller company they truly are generous. There have been a few tragic events and they have been met with grace, compassion, and kindness. MinistrySafe goes above and beyond to meet a need when it may arise.

There are cons of working anywhere. Unfortunately the con of working here is the content we deal with on a daily basis. Child sexual abuse is no fun topic, but it takes a strong person to get the job done to prevent it from happening in the future!

My team is made up of fantastic people

Starting pay is incredibly low. There's next to no vacation time. The company shuts down between christmas and new years and they don't pay unless you come into work... when they're closed for business. The health insurance is pretty awful and expensive for what it is. There's not retirement benefit, no maternity leave. The handbook of rules is laughable. The owners are lawyers and are your typical lawyer-ly type of people. If you're reading this, and you take a job here, don't say I didn't warn you. I'll be moving elsewhere as soon as I find something.
