Minit’s top asset? Positive team spirit, friendly and supportive colleagues, and informal company culture, where everyone is striving to make the working experience truly enjoyable. One of the greatest positive surprises, when I joined the company, was the freedom you are trusted with. I have been able to work remotely on flexible hours whenever I needed. The only condition? To deliver on the deadline. Also, I’ve been lucky with all of my team leads and teammates, which are super constructive people and professionals in their respective fields. Oh, and don’t get me even started on our Happiness Manager who is there for you with whatever you need, bringing fruits and vegetables on the table every Tuesday, smiling every day, and asking if she can help you with anything.

Minit is a growing scale-up, so you need to take into consideration all of the challenges that come with it, be it: - management learning and improving every day to run a fast-growing international business, which inevitably comes with also making mistakes and improvising - in the beginning, when I joined, there was unclear communication of the goals and not much of overall transparency. However, that has been improving over recent months, mainly thanks to the pro-active approach of our experienced Head of Operations.

Great product with interesting problems to solve. Amazing team. People in this company are really great. They are friendly and helpful. Most of them are true team players and hard workers. In my opinion, evrybody in minit have desire to make product and company culture better every day. Strong trust between company and employees. Management cares if work is done, not if you sit in office from 9 to 5. This was really great experience for me. Reasonable meetings schedule. If it's possible, all meetings happen before lunch, so in the afternoon you have long uninterrupted time to dive deep into your work. Great for improve work efficiency. Retrospectives. Management works hard to improve communication with employees. Every employee can without worries (or anonymously) point out their ideas, comments, etc on company retrospective meetings. Management pays attention and are open to solve all of them. It's a startup, so company culture is open to new ideas and innovations. It's less formal and dog friendly :) People are open minded.

On the other hand, it's a startup. That means sometimes it's more vulnerable to market changes and unpredictable events can occur.
