Few very Incompetent managers. HR involved in everything. Feels like you cannot be yourself. Lots of manipulations and yelling. Not a professional environment. You have to tip toe around the CEO and the President. They act like they own you. You have to do personals favors for them, not work related. If you act like a sheep you will be ok. If you speak up, you are let go. No trust in anyone. No info is shared with anyone. No job security. All it takes is to have the president in the bad mood or the CEO not happy about something very small and insignificant. Poor technology from dinosaur age! No money is spent to improve anything at this place. Everything outdated. Form the top to the bottom.
