Amazing Good Place to Work

No cons at all that I can mention

There's been some staff turnover and the executive director finally retired, but I'm not sure there's been enough change to improve the overall work environment.

This was not a safe and respectful work environment. It's a small company of 30-35 employees and there was a clique that ran the office. The clique gossiped and had difficulty respecting people. The people who weren't in the clique were often singled out and bullied. While some of the clique are no longer with the organization, some are and have been promoted to manager positions. So, I don't recommend working there.
