Normal unavoidable cons of working in the service industry like how late it was open and good/bad sections, but nothing specific to 101/Mint.

great place to work, the people are fun to work with and the customers for the most part that come to 101 are nice.

the management is not much of a help during slammed busy times, and when it is very busy it gets very disorganized
