Only 9-5, but more work=more money. Building your office/client base. Can make as much as you're willing to put in. Inside sales team books appointments for you, no prospecting. Fairly low stress.

Svantaggi

Managements direction is questionable. Corporate starting to micromanage/cut costs. Need to focus more on patient care to drive long term outcomes. Short term plans do not lead to long term wins. Turnover too high.

Managements only cares about metrics. Marketing will fail for sometimes months causing sales and income to plummet of no fault of your own. You are swindling people with very expensive devices on the premise that our aftercare is somehow different than others.
