The pay sucks.half the clients that come in cam hear but are told they need hearing aids the owner,consultants and the lab specialist that goes to each office just think about the money to be made they don't care about the people I have seen so many get hearing aids they don't even need them the company treats their office assistants like crap they want us to lie to get people in..finding another job this company thinks about themselves rochester ny consultants and lab specialist only make money when they sell hearing aids

Managements only cares about metrics. Marketing will fail for sometimes months causing sales and income to plummet of no fault of your own. You are swindling people with very expensive devices on the premise that our aftercare is somehow different than others.
