      Easy work after you can figure out what your supposed to do on your own.

      I got trained by someone who just started the job right before I did. They were no help so I picked up everything on my very own. Being in a office with a hearing specialist who is mentally unstable and lies constantly has been hard because you are stuck with them unless you quit your job. I have been asked to lie to have other employees fired. I shouldn't been put in that kind of situation If you need your job then you will listen to your boss or be fired too. I can't speak up to management because they don't care and I am on my own.

      - I/we LITERALLY change lives, for the IMMENSE better, every single day! - A fantastic work culture where everyone is thought about, cared for, treated, and paid well. - Training is provided which allowed/allows me to truly feel ready and prepared for my job each and every day. - Management is there to help guide us but is not there to micro-manage us.

      - The company allows me to work as much as I would like IOT to help as many people as possible. Well, this then leads to me working more than 40-hours/week. With that said, that's a CHOICE. It's not obviously mandated. Not sure if it's a con, or not, but I could not think of anything else for the "Cons" box.

      Truthfully, I can't really think of a con with working for Miracle Ear. I have been here for 2 and half years and I have always been supported, encouraged and cared about.
