Health Services LLC DBA Miracle Ear is making Miracle Ear look bad. Home office doesn't care much about anything else but money. If you are making them money, you CAN get away with anything. They don't care for the PCCs and they are quick to push you out. There are very few decent employees in that franchise but they are slowly leaving. You can give them your soul and they will still be disappointed with you if you aren't making them money, a man, or in their fraternity like group. There was change when the previous owner past. Now the owner are his two boys and recent change in their personal life has shown their true colors within the company. Working there was doable with a certain manager, but after she was pushed out the PCCs feel like they don't have a voice anymore and are being told what to do by a bunch of men. The list can go on unfortunately, it's a miserable franchise to work for.
