horrible office staff!! Does not know how to do her job. Does not know how to schedule so you are stuck working Saturdays with no notice until the day before. She cannot handle talking on the phone and being firm with customers (which is what you need to do in business) Also cannot even out pay with techs so your weeks will vary drastically.
