Great product and colleagues. Good salary and beautiful offices. After several difficult months the leaders seem to be slowly listening to the challenges that people have. For example the recent focus on wellness is a huge step forward and is having a big impact on morale and energy. No-one joins Miro for easy work, but the actions from leaders supporting flexibility and empowering people make a big difference.
