No emphaty towards blue collar workers or customers. Heavy mobbing from management towards younger employees.

The only good thing is not working there

The manager demonstrated significant inefficiencies in leadership and team management. Despite lacking necessary skills and knowledge, the manager acted as though they were an expert in all areas.
