Mission is a remarkable place. To work, to visit, to receive care, and even to deliver care. Sure, there is some drama or stuff that happens that not everyone will agree with, but where is that not present?!? Yes, Mission is big and continuously growing, but if we hope to be a leader in Healthcare and continue to be a leader in Healthcare, we must grow. Working from the billing/registration side of the world, Mission really goes above and beyond to help patients find the help they really need. Whether it is starting a Medicaid app, discounts, or even helping patients who may not qualify for ACA receive exemptions as to avoid any penalties during tax time, Mission is here to help! While sometimes it feels like the 'suits and ties' are steering a boat that they do not understand, it is great to have managers who care enough to fight the good fight. I do think huge leaps and bounds have been made here with the course of VSM work throughout before making rash changes.
