      As a representative of HR, I can report that there are no current layoffs that I am aware of, and certainly not at "massive" levels. I am curious about the layoffs you are referencing. Can you tell me more about the departments or roles you have heard about? I would love to be able to research and clarify.       Full time hours, possible Overtime, I am on a great team, and the people there are really supportive and friendly . They welcomed the new comer with open arms and never once felt like a burden. I

      Great nurses, resilient community, many leadership growth opportunities, large hospital with many specialties, the only level 1 trauma center in WNC.

      The hours are very challenging. often 5am to 6pm M-F. No additional compensation for extra hours, nights, or on-call weekends. You must love the work, and have minimal need for work-life balance to enjoy working here.
