Friendly staff for the most part, decent benefits. EKG department pretty easygoing, relatively easy to manage time. Good food in cafeteria and good information about advancing education through AB-Tech and other institutions.

Favorability shown to employees that 'clicked' with supervisor ... in my opinion this had too much to do with race and gender. Very limited opportunity for advancement in EKG department. Scheduling a constant issue, putting employees on 'swing shift' - alternating 12-hour day and night shifts.
