None. I rapidly advanced several times at the beginning of my career, much to the dismay of my colleagues who had far greater experience than I did. However my skills and abilities were above what my colleagues had.

Full time hours, possible Overtime, I am on a great team, and the people there are really supportive and friendly . They welcomed the new comer with open arms and never once felt like a burden. I

Short staffed, Not as consistent with some of the processes but they are working on it
Great nurses, resilient community, many leadership growth opportunities, large hospital with many specialties, the only level 1 trauma center in WNC.

The hours are very challenging. often 5am to 6pm M-F. No additional compensation for extra hours, nights, or on-call weekends. You must love the work, and have minimal need for work-life balance to enjoy working here.
