      Corporate has ruined the pt focus and made it all about checking the boxes to get Medicare and insurance dollars. Staff is treated as if they are disposable

Mission is consistently evaluating and improving our benefits and programs to support our team members, who themselves voted us a "Great Place to Work and Practice." We have forums such as StandOut and Supercommunicators where we encourage feedback to help us serve our community, patients, and team members in the best way possible.

      Full time hours, possible Overtime, I am on a great team, and the people there are really supportive and friendly . They welcomed the new comer with open arms and never once felt like a burden. I

      Great nurses, resilient community, many leadership growth opportunities, large hospital with many specialties, the only level 1 trauma center in WNC.

      The hours are very challenging. often 5am to 6pm M-F. No additional compensation for extra hours, nights, or on-call weekends. You must love the work, and have minimal need for work-life balance to enjoy working here.
