      get all the hours you want when the company allows having a job

      Always understaffed Not enough employees to complete the work at hand When the higher ups think we are overhours (even though we are still short on staff) we have to flex and leave early, requiring us to have to drain our hard earned PTO. Hard workers end up getting used and abused

      Full time hours, possible Overtime, I am on a great team, and the people there are really supportive and friendly . They welcomed the new comer with open arms and never once felt like a burden. I

      Great nurses, resilient community, many leadership growth opportunities, large hospital with many specialties, the only level 1 trauma center in WNC.

      The hours are very challenging. often 5am to 6pm M-F. No additional compensation for extra hours, nights, or on-call weekends. You must love the work, and have minimal need for work-life balance to enjoy working here.
