      Decent Benefits. Good people to work with.

      Not great pay compared to national average. Many promises of raises that never happened. Awful leadership and management in the OR. Seems to be the same through Mission. Unfortunately Anesthesia techs work for OR and not anesthesia so management does not understand what all entails of the job and tries to pawn other duties off.

      Full time hours, possible Overtime, I am on a great team, and the people there are really supportive and friendly . They welcomed the new comer with open arms and never once felt like a burden. I

      Great nurses, resilient community, many leadership growth opportunities, large hospital with many specialties, the only level 1 trauma center in WNC.

      The hours are very challenging. often 5am to 6pm M-F. No additional compensation for extra hours, nights, or on-call weekends. You must love the work, and have minimal need for work-life balance to enjoy working here.
