(Yes seriously) All positions are close to the mission and residents we serve. I used to work at a much bigger nonprofit developer and it was harder to get out of the office. Caring management. Autonomy. Seriously. Some people have trouble here because you have to be a self learner and the learning curve is steep. Management gives many people a chance, but know there isn’t a easy position here, every thing in affordable housing is difficult and if you aren’t all in on the mission you will fail.
