Mission Pets is a small company where you get to form relationships with wonderful coworkers. l made some great friends and had wonderful mentors that taught me a LOT. The best part of working here was that dogs are allowed in the office.

It is a challenging work environment because upper management does not value its employees. If you want to succeed here, you need to be able to standup for yourself and push back on management when you see them going down the wrong path. If you are incapable of voicing your opinions you will be taken advantage of. MP loves the blame game. If a mistake is made, people are more concerned with blaming an employee rather than fixing the problem. This causes people to not come forward when a mistake is made and then the issue snowballs into a much bigger problem. If employees felt safe and listened to a lot of issues could be solved before it is too late to fix it.
