First of all, it's a biased company based on region, no work culture, no ethics, no work-life balance. I really don't know how it still working. You technically cant breathe. You won't get Work from home, but if their region people (technically who are the manager slave) people are going, you will randomly get work from home and you definitely have to take it even in that there is no choice. I faced emotional damage which this company people won't even understand. The team people can't even stand other people acquiring leadership skills or doing work on their own. NO Teamwork, even if you don't have talent but you belong from their region automatically get appraised, awards and whatnot. Their health concerns are also kept in mind but not ours.
