      Great for gaining experience with MT, PT and UTT... You will be trained and earn your necessary hours to become a level II technician fairly quickly and they pay for your classes.

      Svantaggi

      The pay isn't great and you have to work a tremendous amount of hours to really survive in Los Angeles and not live in a run down neighborhood. If you're not living with your parents or have a significant other that makes good money you'll struggle unless you're blessed to trained in a high end inspection method...

      Awesome company with plenty of opportunities to get grow and learn. The Hiring process and training environment was great. You definitely feel like part of a team and feel like any concerns you have no matter the department will be addressed.

      I honestly do not have any cons. This is a traveling career so if that is not for you just be aware of that.

      - Long-term stability - Option to work remote depending on job - Can stay contained within a small team for more efficient work despite overarching corporate atmosphere (also job dependent) - Lots of good, honest, hardworking people there

      - Leadership can feel disconnected, uninformed, and tone-deaf with decision-making surrounding products, teams, and messaging - Stagnant pay scale, no real ladder to climb with benchmarks and consistent pay increases - Inefficient communication and operation between cross-functional teams, leads to more friction working internally than it should
