      Work schedule was very pleasing for a family. Worked closely with clients. The manger (Jorge) really pushed for a proffesional and clean appearance for his employees to have at all times. The project manager and supervisors were all very approachable.

      Svantaggi

      The ceiling for growth was pretty low. The growth within the branch heavily relied on the sales department which lacked the results.

      Awesome company with plenty of opportunities to get grow and learn. The Hiring process and training environment was great. You definitely feel like part of a team and feel like any concerns you have no matter the department will be addressed.

      I honestly do not have any cons. This is a traveling career so if that is not for you just be aware of that.

      - Long-term stability - Option to work remote depending on job - Can stay contained within a small team for more efficient work despite overarching corporate atmosphere (also job dependent) - Lots of good, honest, hardworking people there

      - Leadership can feel disconnected, uninformed, and tone-deaf with decision-making surrounding products, teams, and messaging - Stagnant pay scale, no real ladder to climb with benchmarks and consistent pay increases - Inefficient communication and operation between cross-functional teams, leads to more friction working internally than it should
