      Marketing priorities need to be reevaluated and the day to day work itself can get extremely tedious and unfulfilling. Most likely pivoting to AI usage and my role was likely eliminated entirely after I left. Management definitely plays favorites and welcomes very little opportunity for anything new. Old school company with old school rules that is destined to become obsolete if things continue the way they are at MISTRAS Group.

      Awesome company with plenty of opportunities to get grow and learn. The Hiring process and training environment was great. You definitely feel like part of a team and feel like any concerns you have no matter the department will be addressed.

      I honestly do not have any cons. This is a traveling career so if that is not for you just be aware of that.

      - Long-term stability - Option to work remote depending on job - Can stay contained within a small team for more efficient work despite overarching corporate atmosphere (also job dependent) - Lots of good, honest, hardworking people there

      - Leadership can feel disconnected, uninformed, and tone-deaf with decision-making surrounding products, teams, and messaging - Stagnant pay scale, no real ladder to climb with benchmarks and consistent pay increases - Inefficient communication and operation between cross-functional teams, leads to more friction working internally than it should
