low pay, even lower moral, constant threat of redundancy, management are pretty rubbish and even job share in the support centre!people leaving are not being replaced leaving staff to pick up even more workloads! do not work here.

Low pay, massive layoffs. Entire teams key to business functionality replaced with cheap labor overseas. This has caused large delays in projects and an immense loss of knowledge and expertise. No one on my team or anyone else I have talked to has received more than a 0.5% raise in 7 years. My bonus last year was $196. While my manager was wonderful, she has no power to show her appreciation for her team and there is minimal room for growth.
