Not so much a con, but you're expected to charter you're own path. Nothing is handed to you, and the more autonomy and ownership you express, the further you'll get.

- Amazing team. Everyone cares about what they do and is genuinely fun to work with, which makes the job way more motivating. People actually like each other on a personal level, so it's just a good environment to spend your day in. - Leadership is transparent. They're upfront about where the company actually stands and where they're trying to go. The org feels flat too, so you get real decision-making power from day one instead of waiting years for it. - Managers genuinely care about your growth and try to put you on projects that actually excite you.
