I work at Mixvoip since 6 years now and am very satisfied with the company. We are expanding and getting better every day. I really enjoy working with Team Success and Care and I think we interact well. I also think it's really nice of Mixvoip that we hold an event together every 2 months to promote teamwork, which is not something that can be taken for granted.

The work atmosphere was pretty nice and the coworkers are generally all friendly and helpful. Also if you invest time in your job, the benefits can be really great amd also help shape your personal growth

A few years ago, I felt there was a lack of clear direction from the leadership team. The company was expanding rapidly, and at times, the internal structures and processes couldn’t keep up with the pace of growth. This created some uncertainty and made it harder to align across teams. That said, this has significantly improved. Leadership has since taken solid steps to establish better structure and communication, and the overall clarity and coordination have become much stronger.
