6yThe facts are the facts. Most of the people that I hire at MoTek came from “jobs” that pay less than 60K / year. Most have very little or no sales experience. I’ve hired people who were unemployed for 6 months – 1 year, people who were not getting an opportunity from anyone else. I’ve even hired people who were pretty much “homeless”. So I sleep good at night knowing that I try to give people an opportunity to have a lucrative career. For those individuals who have talent, work ethic, hit daily goals, and put themselves in a position to close at least 1 deal per month, ALL were able to at least double or triple their income at MoTek. For higher level producers, they were able to quadruple their income. Successful employees at MoTek have been able to purchase homes, buy new cars, put some cash in the bank, and take exotic vacations for the first time in their life. For those individuals who don’t want to pick up the phone, or follow the recipe, they all FAIL!!!! I’m definitely not perfect, and I’ve made many mistakes. But I’m not the reason you failed here. I let everyone know in the interview process upfront what it takes to be successful, and unfortunately, this is a high turnover business. Most people say they want to make a six-figure income, but only a few are willing to actually put in the work. If you’re able to meet minimum expectations, then I’ll do all I can to reward you for your efforts / performance. And if you can’t meet minimum expectations, it’s nothing personal, and I wish you the best in your future endeavors.
