There are some benefits to working here hence the 2 star review. The employees are great! The environment is like a family atmosphere where everyone bands together against the tyrannical abusive boss. There are many free lunches and happy hours to make up for severe lack of pay (mainly used as tax write-offs by upper management). Potential to make huge amounts of $$ if someone quits (they will) and you receive their work and close deals quickly enough to bring your percentage up.

Hours are standard 8 am to 9 pm and you work M-S. Hours could be less if a good chunk of the day was not dedicated to hitting numbers: 100 calls, 2 hours of phone time, 200 emails. While named "old school recruiting tactics" in the office, they are actually called SPAM in real life. High pressure sales tactics are used against both sides and you are conditioned to lie to everyone. Candidates, companies, and even bosses; there are lists of fake numbers in the office to bring call numbers up to where they need to be. You will be micromanaged to the degree that a camera is on you every minute you're in the office. You will be called and yelled at if you set the phone down. People are made fun of by the CEO like school children through name calling until they quit. Commission structure goes like this: You start at 2% when you close a deal and start working your way up month by month while building up draw. Prepare to not make any more than your $2k base for around 6 months (or more). At the end of the day, Motek and Sandhill are the recruiting chop shops that give actual decent recruiters a bad name and should be ashamed of they way they do business.
