You can learn a lot from each other and can do R&D on different aspects without any restriction, although some but you will get plenty of time for it. The work are a little bit different from legacy development, but one can learn a lot in the field of mobile development. The products are utility based. Mangement are so supportive, they listen and understand the concern of each employees very carefully.

I am not seeing any as of now. Sometimes work time get long. But this happens once in a blue moon.
